      Our typical scope of work includes the following operations:

1. Non-Technical Survey (NTS)

• Collecting background information from communities, authorities, and historical records
• Mapping suspected hazardous areas (SHAs)
• Determining the likelihood of mines/UXO without intrusive methods

2. Technical Survey (TS)

• Deploying teams to confirm and define contaminated areas
• Using manual, mechanical, and canine assets
• Identifying actual hazardous boundaries more precisely

3. Manual Demining

• Trained sappers using handheld detectors and excavation tools
• Detailed, slow, high-accuracy clearance

4. Mechanical Demining

• Use of armored machines (tillers, flails, vegetation cutters)
• Rapid clearance or ground preparation
• Reduces risk and accelerates operations

5. Mine Detection Dogs (MDD)

• Highly trained dogs for detecting explosive scent
• Used for survey, verification, and quality control steps

6. Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD)

• Identification and safe detonation or removal of UXO, cluster munitions, IEDs, and abandoned ammunition
• On-site neutralization or safe transport

7. Battle Area Clearance (BAC)

• Clearing UXO from former conflict zones (not necessarily mined)
• Removal of explosive remnants scattered across fields, forests, or urban areas

8. Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC)

• Internal and external inspections to ensure clearance meets international standards (IMAS)
• Certification of cleared land

9. Land Release

• Formal handover of cleared or verified land to authorities or communities

10. Risk Education (EORE)

• Training communities on recognizing mines/UXO and safe behavior
• Reducing accidents while clearance is ongoing

11. Capacity Building & Training
