Clearland Miltech specializes in land demining services in Ukraine, focused on clearing hazardous areas and ensuring safety for communities and businesses.

Our land demining services involve precise removal of landmines and explosive remnants, restoring safety and accessibility for communities and businesses.

Primary objective of humanitarian demining  by our company is  to safely clear landmines and explosive remnants of war to protect civilians, return land to productive use, and help communities to recover from conflict. This is distinct from military demining because we aim for the complete removal of all explosive threats to a required depth, allowing civilians to safely live, work, and farm on the cleared land.

Humanitarian demining is a methodical activity, adhering to strict safety standards set by the International Mine Action Standards (IMAS). The process typically involves:

  1. Survey and mapping:Identifying and marking hazardous areas through historical research, community interviews, and technical surveys.
  2. Clearance operations:By using a combination of techniques, we achieve a goal of UXO area cleaning :

      – Manual demining: Trained personnel use hand tools and metal detectors.

      – Mechanical demining: Armored machines with flails or tillers clear large areas.

      – Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD): Safely destroying or deactivating found ordnance through controlled   detonations or other specialized methods.

      – Handover and release: Formally declaring cleared land safe for productive use by the community
